Amer Al Ahbabi CME/CFE/AFA/MIPA is an excellent leader and also an active member of the Board at the IMA - Abu Dhabi Chapter and the Accountants & Auditors Association of the UAE. He is a also a Financial Auditor for the UAE Government.
Holding a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Commerce, Mr. Khalifa is a highly qualified professional with excellent leadership skills. He is an unparalleled source of inspiration, motivation, and guidance to our managers and employees.
With a Master’s in Business Administration specializing in Finance and Accounting, Mr. Shoaib leads Capstone with expertise, precision, and a keen eye for opportunities.

With over 10 years of experience in content, video, SEO/SEM, building websites, social media, and running ad campaigns, Hamza Chinoy has brought his expertise from India to the UAE to make an impact in the world of real estate.
With over five years of accounting experience, Irshad handles financial operations at Capstone since May 2022. Armed with an MBA in Finance and Marketing, he ensures efficiency while staying updated on tech trends. Off the clock, he enjoys movies and learning new skills.
Stelna, a Certified Management Accountant, is excited to contribute to Capstone’s success. Originally from India, she’s enjoying her first overseas role in the UAE. In her downtime, she loves embroidery and music.
Zayan, with two years of experience and a degree in International Business and Finance, brings financial analysis expertise to Capstone. He’s worked in the UAE and Sri Lanka and enjoys reading and cricket in his free time.
Ahmed is a seasoned Property Manager skilled in negotiation, facility management, and real estate regulations. With a master’s in Software Engineering, he blends tech savvy with property expertise.
Kimberly, from the Philippines, has brightened up the office and eagerly helps everyone at Capstone. Excited to be part of the real estate world, she loves traveling and playing volleyball when she’s not working.
With 7 years of experience in administration, marketing, and digital engagement across Taiwan, Macau, and the UAE, Joanna excels as a Property Portal Admin, managing listings. Fluent in English and Tagalog, she combines effective communication and a multicultural perspective.
Laila, a Fashion Design graduate, combines creativity with four years of customer service and corporate communication experience in the UAE and Morocco. She’s passionate about reading, designing, and cooking.
Born and raised in Qatar, Haamid brings over two years of real estate admin experience to his role at Capstone. A family guy and car enthusiast, he loves long drives and is passionate about real estate.
