Marketing your property

To find your perfect buyer you need to give your property maximum exposure across a wide range of media. These marketing tools are only as important as the agent sat behind the scenes, 7 days a week and into the evenings. Equally important, you can’t beat getting to know your buyers, which allows us to generate the inquiries that in most cases lead to the 1st viewing.

Accompanied viewings

Our longer opening hours are essential to maximise viewing opportunities for your property,  in fact, 60% of our viewings are carried out after 5pm and at weekends. We are open 7 days a week and late into the evenings. Being flexible is what we do best!

Receiving an offer

Once you have accepted an offer, your solicitor will send out a draft contract to the buyer's solicitor who will then carry out inquiries and searches. In the meantime, your buyer will arrange a survey on your property. Capstone will be there throughout the entire process, keeping you informed every step of the way.
