وقال عامر الأحبابي، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة كابستون: يشكل تنويع الاقتصاد في أبوظبي عاملاً رئيسياً في خلق وظائف وفرص جديدة، الأمر الذي يغذي مستويات طلب غير مسبوقة على الوحدات السكنية عالية الجودة. هذا الطلب القوي لا يقتصر فقط على المقيمين، بل يجذب أيضاً المستثمرين الدوليين الذين يبحثون عن فرص مجزية في واحدة من أكثر مدن العالم أماناً.
يشهد المعروض السكني في مدينة أبوظبي ارتفاعًا مع تسليم حوالي 2400 وحدة سكنية في عام 2025. ووفقًا لتقرير صادر عن شركة كافنديش ماكسويل، “من المتوقع أن يتسارع خط أنابيب التطوير، مع توقع اكتمال حوالي 10400 وحدة بحلول نهاية العام، وتسليم أكثر من 11 ألف وحدة في عام 2026”.
According to Cavendish Maxwell, housing supplies in Abu Dhabi could exceed 11,900 units this year while more than 33,000 residential units are under construction till 2029.
“Economic diversification is generating new jobs and opportunities in Abu Dhabi, fueling demand for quality residential units at a rate that far exceeds current supply. Developers must respond by accelerating the delivery of new homes,” said Amer Al Ahbabi, Chairman of Capstone Real Estate.
Capstone will build its first development on Reem Island, Shoaib revealed. The project will offer luxury units available at affordable prices, which will target a bigger spectrum of homebuyers.

The 14th edition of the International Real Estate & Investment Show (IREIS 2025) took off on a high note at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) as the value of active urban development projects exceeds US$758.79 billion, according to industry reports. It was inaugurated by Amer Al Ahbabi, an Emirati leader in governance, internal audit, compliance, and strategic finance.

Out of the $758.79 bn valuation, urban construction accounting for the largest portion at $221.56 bn, said a report by according to BNC Network, one of the largest construction project trackers.
