We are a young and passionate Emirati-owned Real Estate Agency, brokerage and property management company.   Our pledge is to deliver high quality and professional services that ensure the success and satisfaction to our clients. 

Capstone Real Estate LLC is based in Abu Dhabi with a network that reaches Al Ain and Dubai. We have operational efforts throughout the UAE and in various territories throughout the world.

Our decade-long experience in the industry has given us the expertise required to guide our clients in all aspects of Real Estate. We are adept at handling the selling, buying, renting and management of all property types, from residential apartments and villas to single commercial units and entire buildings.

The Founder and Group CEO of Capstone Real Estate is Mr. Amer Al Ahbabi. His executive oversight of all Capstone Group operations has created a strong foundation on which the company is built. Mr. Al Ahbabi has been active in the Real Estate industry as the Head of Capstone Real Estate LLC since 2013. In addition to his CMA® designation, he is both a licensed Real Estate Consultant and a Property Management Specialist.

As Founder and Group CEO Mr. Amer Al Ahbabi is responsible for the executive oversight of all Capstone Group operations. He has been active in the property industry and with Capstone Real Estate, Inc since 2013. In addition to his CMA® designation, he is both a licensed Real Estate Consultant and a Property Manager Specialist.

Accurate Valuation

Your aim should be to sell your property at the best possible price in the shortest possible time. Capstone carries out many valuations every month, giving them intimate and unparalleled knowledge of property values in your area.

Selecting an estate agent

When choosing an estate agent consider their opening hours, when they will be available to conduct viewings and what kind of marketing your property will receive. These are critical to obtaining the maximum exposure and price for your property.

Instructing a solicitor

The successful sale of your property can be reliant on the instruction of an efficient and locally experienced solicitor. It is a good idea to do some research and make a decision before you put your property on the market as this will help to avoid delays.

Presenting your property

First impressions count, making the presentation of your property is critical to a successful sale.

Accompanied viewings

Our longer opening hours are essential to maximise viewing opportunities for your property,  in fact, 60% of our viewings are carried out after 5pm and at weekends. We are open 7 days a week and late into the evenings. Being flexible is what we do best!

Receiving an offer

Once you have accepted an offer, your solicitor will send out a draft contract to the buyer’s solicitor who will then carry out inquiries and searches. In the meantime, your buyer will arrange a survey on your property. Capstone will be there throughout the entire process, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Marketing your property

To find your perfect buyer you need to give your property maximum exposure across a wide range of media. When you instruct Capstone Team, you will automatically benefit from our, comprehensive marketing, including exposure on our fresh and user-friendly website, social media, and Rightmove. These marketing tools are only as important as the agent sat behind the scenes, 7 days a week and into the evenings. Equally important, you can’t beat getting to know your buyers, which allows us to generate the inquiries that in most cases lead to the 1st viewing.
